We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation and refund policies:
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped free of charge. Simply contact us through contact@sciencefordreamers.com with your order number and request a cancellation.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be able to return the item for a refund according to our return policy (see below).
Refunds:
- Full refunds will be issued for any cancelled orders before shipment.
- For returned items, refunds will be processed once the item is received back in its original condition, undamaged and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item that is returned in a damaged or used condition, or if the return request is made outside the specified timeframe (see below).
Timeframes:
- Cancellations must be made before the order is shipped.
- Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving a return authorization from us.
